Twisted Horn Mead & Cider Return and Refund Policy

Twisted Horn Mead & Cider partners with Vinoshipper to process our online orders and uses their return and refund policy. If you cannot correct an issue with your order via Vinoshipper please contact us directly at vince@twistedhornmead.com. Please review their policy below:

Vinoshipper is committed to you having a positive experience when dealing with us and so we want to hear from you if there is a problem. However, due to the special nature of the Products sold through our Website, there are some special rules affecting returns/refunds.

In the event that you have not received the Products that you ordered:

  • Please email us at customerservice@vinoshipper.com with your order number so we may investigate the reasons.

If the Products you ordered arrive damaged:

  • If the damage is visible, do not accept the order from the shipping company.

  • Please email us at customerservice@vinoshipper.com with your order number and which products are damaged. We will work with you to get the Products replaced.

  • We accept returns and refunds for products that are new and unopened and products that are opened depending on the nature of the product damage and/or defective properties.

  • You have 7 days to contact us after receiving an order to start a return and/or refund.

If you received Products different from those which you ordered:

  • Please email us at customerservice@vinoshipper.com with your order number and which products were incorrect. We will work with you to get the Products replaced.

Additional Product return and refund conditions:

  • Product returns and refunds are only allowed for United States customers.

  • We do not accept exchanges for any reason.

  • Product returns for online purchases are only handled via mail through Vinoshipper unless otherwise stated by Vinoshipper support.

  • Product return labels will be handled via Vinoshippper and will be provided through email to be printed by the customer unless Vinoshipper support states otherwise.

  • There is no restocking fee for returns.

  • Refund processing times typically take up to 14 business days unless otherwise stated by Vinoshipper support.

You are solely responsible for selecting the shipping method. Vinoshipper assumes no liability for Products that are or may be damaged by heat or cold during shipping. If you feel that temperature extremes could impact the quality of the Products we suggest that you choose an express shipping method to help protect your purchase or delay your purchase. If the Website indicates that the Products are or may be in short supply, please call us at 866-678-8466 and we will try to help you to ensure that your order can be accepted but the Products shipped at a later date.
